This package includes 8 fashion sketches of family and or Bridal party (no edits) and an custom wedding couple fashion illustration which requires an feedback process outlined below. Illustration is an original artwork crated using copic marker, paint and graphite on white Bristol card stock or toned mixed media paper in either 9 x 12” or 11 x 14” size.
Jennifer can work from fitting photos prior to the wedding or wedding day photos. Please specify eye colos and send 2-3+ posesone close up of any embroidered/patterned fabric, any photo references/ requests regarding hair, posing, bouquet, & jewelry are welcome. A photo of the bouquet makes it possible for me to draw the bride holding her flowers if preferred. Please note by purchasing this commission artwork, you are agreeing to the “Artist Terms and Work Agreement” below. Please read the terms prior to placing your order.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Purchase your illustration and contact me via the Commission IInquiry form found on the Commission tab of my Website. If your artwork needs to arrive by a certain date please mention this in your inquiry. There may be a rush fee. Turn aroundis generally 10 weeks.
2. I’ll reply within 2 business days to confirm your order and discuss any details related to the illustration and reference imagesI’ll email a pencil sketch approximately within 3-5 weeks for approval. 2 revisions to the sketch are included.
3. After the pencil sketch is approved, I’ll add color and email the final artwork for approval. Small adjustments can be made at this point. Your illustration will be securely packaged together with your guest sketches and shipped in an box with bubble wrap via UPS with insurance and tracking. I’m looking forward to drawing something special for you!
ARTIST TERMS AND WORK AGREEMENT:
By purchasing a Custom you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Fashion Illustration Style: Client acknowledges that they are hiring Jennifer Marlin as an artist for her style Fashion Illustration, not a realistic portrait. Communication: Reference photos and illustration instructions must be sent to Jennifer before project can begin. Delays in feedback and approval of sketches and artwork may result in project delays.
Revisions: 2 revisions are included during the pencil draft phase. Small revisions after the color phase is completed are sometimes possible. Clients are to receive a custom fashion illustration. Turnaround time will be discussed upon purchase, and is generally 10 weeks.The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Copyright: Client’s use of Custom Illustration is limited to the following: Non-Exclusive Copyright for personal artwork. Client’s work may be used exclusively as personal artwork and is not licensed for marketing or business purposes.
