ARTIST TERMS AND WORK AGREEMENT:
By purchasing a Custom you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Fashion Illustration Style: Client acknowledges that they are hiring Jennifer Marlin as an artist for her style Fashion Illustration, not a realistic portrait.
Communication: Reference photos and illustration instructions must be sent to Jennifer before project can begin. Delays in feedback and approval of sketches and artwork may result in project delays.
Revisions: 2 revisions are included during the pencil draft phase. Small revisions after the color phase is completed are sometimes possible. Clients are to receive a custom fashion illustration. Turnaround time will be discussed upon purchase, and is generally 10 weeks. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Copyright: Client’s use of Custom Illustration is limited to the following: Non-Exclusive Copyright for personal artwork. Client’s work may be used exclusively as personal artwork and is not licensed for marketing or business purposes.
Returns & Refunds: All custom fashion illustrations are non-returnable and non-refundable. By purchasing this listing, you agree that you have read all of the terms, listing details, and disclaimers.
